No need for Enigma to teleport as its inefficient on Cows, unlike other maps. With Silks (5 Mana per kill), Valk (2 mana per kill), 2-3x MaEK Jewels (6-9 Mana per kill) and a Ring (1 mana per kill) you will be getting 15+ mana per kill, and will have same effective mana-regen as a Phoenix without any of the drawbacks, such as the frequently annoying firestorm proc or aura delay. I assume if you don't have a Griffs or Enigma, you can't afford Phoenix which would otherwise be a good option. The goal of a cows build is to stack all the MAEK and FRW possible on your budget. Spirit is an alternative, as well.Īmmy: Highlords (need 55 IAS for breakpoint, 20 gloves, 20 neck, 15 socket) W1 / Shield: Titans + Mosers - Titans are superior on Cows (and really, ONLY for Cows otherwise use 6/40 or TStrokes) due to replenish and FRW Mosers is a cheap, effective option that can be socketed with Facets or MAEK Jewels. Helm: Valk Wing - 2 Skill, MAEK, FRW - 15 IAS jewel (pref with MAEK)

You neee maneuverability from FRW that's why Enigma really beats other options, more so than teleport. Consider blue lancer gloves with ias (3/20), cheaper than godly 2/20 rares and sometimes Charsi/Anya sells them (it might take hours though). Rich players may look into Phoenix shield for constant Redemption aura. Mana leech helps but phys dmg is only a tiny fraction, so MAEK is generally better. Spirit is good pairing with Eni, if you play cows exclusively you may skip res boots and go with silks, or wt, or ww. For p7, Griffons, facets and Infi make difference.
I think Titans are a bit better in this scenario as you'll be spamming LF like crazy.
